Let's walk you through the essentials of leveraging BrookieKids Story Credits for an optimal experience:
#1 - What can Story Credits be used for
Story Credits are used to redeem single or 'standalone' stories ('Stories' Section) in our mobile app. They cannot be used to purchase our ScanSpeakLearn themed activity packs.
Our Story Credits never expire, are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
#2 - How to purchase Story Credits
"Click on "Wallet" --> "Top Up" --> Select how many credits you wish to purchase --> Proceed with Payment!
Then... tadah! Story Credits are added into your Wallet.
#3 - How to redeem a Story
See a story that you/your child likes? Simply click "Purchase" to redeem it.
Make sure you have enough Story Credits in your wallet before doing so.
#4 - Track your redeemed Stories
You can play the stories that you have redeemed unlimited times. The stories that you have redeemed will have a blue icon "Redeemed" on it, or simply click on "My Stories" to see what you have redeemed.
