Error Message When Video Hangs

In the new app version, an new error message pop-up will appear when a video hangs.

If you encounter it, we’d really appreciate it if you could copy the message and paste it into the chat of the app for us.

As different users may experience different error types, this update allows our team to target and fix the issue more efficiently.

You’ll also spot a fresh Chinese New Year app icon and enjoy a brand new intro video when you enter.
